Whether you are navigating a transition in your beliefs, exploring purpose, or seeking a deeper sense of connection, therapy provides an opportunity to reflect on what matters to you.

What to Expect in Spiritually Integrated Therapy?

This approach offers space to explore the parts of life that may not fit neatly into words alone: meaning, belief, identity, values, and inner experience. Sessions may include reflection on thoughts, emotions, body cues, and the beliefs or practices that shape how you move through the world.

Depending on your preferences, therapy may also include mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, or other spiritually meaningful practices. The work is client-led, and the pace is shaped by what feels supportive to you.

Unsure about
including Spirituality in therapy?

What is spiritually integrated therapy?

Spiritually integrated therapy is a form of psychotherapy that makes space for questions of meaning, identity, belief, and inner experience alongside emotional and relational concerns. It offers a way to explore both psychological and spiritual aspects of your life in a supportive and grounded setting.

Therapy can provide space to reflect on what feels meaningful to you, how your values are evolving, and how you relate to questions about direction, purpose, and identity.

Yes. Therapy can offer space to process grief while also exploring how loss may connect to meaning, belief, or a sense of continuity and change.

Therapy can support exploration of burnout, fatigue, and disconnection, including how expectations, values, and meaning may be contributing to your experience.

Therapy can provide a space to explore those experiences at your own pace, including how they may have shaped your sense of safety, identity, or belief.

Sessions typically involve conversation and reflection, with space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When relevant, this may include practices such as mindfulness, journaling, or other forms of reflection that align with your preferences.

No. The process is client-led. Your beliefs, questions, and experiences guide the work, and the therapist’s role is to support exploration, not to direct or shape your worldview.

This approach may be a good fit if you are interested in exploring questions of meaning, identity, belief, or purpose alongside your emotional experiences. You do not need to have clear answers, curiosity is enough to begin.

Therapy does not aim to eliminate symptoms, but to support greater awareness and capacity in responding to thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. The process is collaborative and guided by individual needs. Outcomes vary from person to person.
