Meet Shereen
Shereen is a CRPO‑registered psychotherapist (Qualifying), registration # 19127, practicing under the clinical supervision of a CRPO-registered supervisor. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Psychospiritual Studies, and received additional training at CAMH, Canada’s largest mental-health teaching hospital.
She offers warm, culturally sensitive psychotherapy for anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, online across Ontario. Shereen earned her Nbisiing Indigenous Cultural Competency through Nbisiing Consulting Inc.
Her integrative, attachment‑based style draws on Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and other techniques, weaving together the tools that fit you best.
